Job Title Technical Assistant Reporting To (Job Title) Maintenance Supervisor
Main Purpose of Job To apply technical administrative skills to ensure the satisfactory completion of allocated maintenance and installation jobs. Main Duties & Responsibilities 1 Apply relevant administrative skills to undertaking scheduled planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor 2 Apply relevant administrative skills to undertaking scheduled installation works as directed by the supervisor. 3 Maintain appropriate qualifications, and up-to-date trade knowledge, as may be required for the safe and efficient performance of duties. 4 Ensure the satisfactory, prompt and accurate completion of any associated paperwork as required by the company 5 To support and practice the company`s Customer Care Philosophy to ensure customer satisfaction. 6 To comply with Company Policies and Procedures and College Rules and egulations. 7 To fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company`s Health & Safety Policy Statement, Manual and Safe Systems of Work. 8 To support and practice the company`s Quality Policy and Mission Statement. 9 To follow the company`s Equalities Policies in relation to other staff, customers and members of the Group, at a level appropriate to the post. 10 To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.
